Your matter is then forwarded to a qualified advocate, who will give you a call back as soon as possible; usually within 24 hours. This will not take long and there is no general obligation on your part to engage our services. We can only provide specific legal advice on your particular case when you become our client.
If you determine that we are able to assist you, you schedule and pay for your appointment for a comprehensive client consultation at your convenience.
You will be required to pay for the client consultation. This is because we take the time to give you a truly well-rounded evaluation. At katindi and co, we won't just tell you whether we'll take the case, or rush you into a lawsuit. We review your case in detail and give you all the information and tools you need to make an informed decision for yourself. We'll discuss the costs and benefits associated with pursuing legal action, what approach is in your best interest, and what you can expect if you choose to pursue a claim. We devote the utmost attention and care to our existing clients, and we want to do the same for you. If you don't have a case, we'll make sure you understand why, and discuss what other options might be available to you.
